Prendoni Attilio Sculpture of a Child a white carved marble figure, signed near the base, depicting a young girl with a shy attitude, her face lowered, her hands resting on the light dress, leaning against a low wall, her hair gathered up by a bow.
Attilio Prendoni (Milan 1874-1942) was an important Italian sculptor, a representative  artist of the Milanese scapigliatura school. He participated in several international exhibitions including in 1904 at the ‘Italian Exhibition Earl’s Court’ in London, organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in London.

The condition of this Deco sculpture of a little girl carved in white Carrara marble is very good.
