The classic Buddha is portrayed in several versions and there is also a huge range of the more interesting pairs of Chinese vases, symbolic of Dynasties in the far-off Asian Country. One notable element of the Eastern collection is the variety and special nature of the precious materials used: porcelain, jade, bronze and lapis lazuli, and also original finishes created in Asian art such as Cloisonné enamel.
