Northern Italian Baroque walnut commode, an antique walnut chest of drawers from Northern Italy, the so-called Cantaran, Canterano cabinets, dating back to the early 18th century.

Four deep drawers, paneled drawers and sides, rectangular top realized with a single solid walnut plank.

Great patina, handles and carved foot are later, they are not the original ones.

This antique Italian chest of drawers comes from a private palazzo of Milano Downtown and is in good age related condition, showing signs of wear and use consistent with its   three centuries of age.
