Seascape with Sailing Vessel by Mohrmann John Henry, 1908, an oil on canvas painting depicting the three-masted brig Giuseppina lying the Italian flag as it sails along the coast of the English Channel. The painting is on a single canvas in excellent condition and is framed in gilded wood. The canvas alone measures 60 cm x 101 cm. John Henry Mohrmann was a painter born in Germany in 1857, active in Antwerp, Belgium, died in 1916. The painting is signed and dated in the lower left corner.
