Female Water Carrier Italian Bronze Figure dated 1919 depicting a young half-naked  standing girl figure with amphora in a sinuous pose with her left hand in her hair and an amphora in her right. It is a dark patina earthenware casting resting on a rectangular black veined marble base, bears on the back of the bronze base a monogram with the number 919, referring to the date 1919. In excellent condition with minimal chipping on the marble base. The dimensions of the casting alone are cm. 30.7 high and cm. 12 x 13.5.
