Antique Winged Angel Heads in carved larch wood and lacquered with tempera, they date back to the 19th century and are in good condition, apart from a crack in the lower part of the face of one of the two heads. These two faces of winged cherubs are ancient wall decorations, carved wooden panels ideal as overdoor, ancient friezes that are placed to decorate the space above the door. This pair of ancient friezes has minimal colour losses consistent with their 19th-century age. In view of the circular recess in the back, these winged cherub figures are presumed to have been originally used as the base of an element that was inserted into this recess. Italian artefacts dates back to the mid-1800s.
