A pair of Antique Giltwood Sconces
A pair of antique carved with vegetal patterns and gilded wooden wall-lights, Italian three-light sconces dating back to early 19th century. They came from a private house of Milan and we presume they were originally part of a larger liturgical altar candleholder since they are mounted on a Siena yellow painted later wooden holder on the back. The back side of this pair is not decorated, as most of the liturgical altar decorations. Excellent condition, with some later gilding in the lower part, they are wired for Italian standards, for three E14 bulbs of max 180 watt each sconce. Lampshades excluded.
