18th Century Italian oil on canvas painting  depicting   Mary turned toward the Child in a tender embrace, in a sweet atmosphere.  This lovely painting  of Venetian school dates back to late 18th century.

The work is set within a later giltwood frame of 19th century, it comes from a private residence of Milan and it is in overall good age related condition, with minor loss painting. Canvas size measures 29 x 23,5 centimeters, without frame.
