From Italy a lovely Bolognese Baroque polychrome earthenware Saint Joseph with Infant Jesus sculpture, circle of the master Angelo Gabriello Piò, Bologna 1690-1770, dating back to the first quarter of 18th century in good age related condition, with minor defects and restoration.
This antique molded terracotta group comes from a private collection of Milan, has a beautiful, original polychromy and spectacular anatomy of the body of child Jesus. This antique terracotta group stands on a dark square base.
