This antique two-door carved armoire was made in Italy, in Piedmont, from solid poplar, dating back to late 18th century and coming from a private villa of Milan.
Features arched doors with an elegant original solid wood door panelled carving, in the side too, working lock . The interior reveals three shelves.
This is an example of typical Piedmontese antique armoires, Piedmont is the North Western Italian region, bordering with France, that’s why Piedmontese style is quite similar to French furniture.
