Late 18th Century Louis XVI Italian Walnut Chest of Drawers
An extremely small solid walnut chest of drawers coming from Central Italy, from Marche region, with two large drawers and working locks; both top and sides are made of a single walnut slab, decorated with bevelled frames on the edges. It stands on pyramidal legs and it is in good condition, with wear consistent with use and age.
Unusual small size: less than 70 cm wide by 47 deep. It comes from a private villa in the Marche region and dates back to the late 1700s.
