Impressive pair of Italian giltwood pricket stick or candlestick lamps on tripod faux marble green painted bases, made in the Louis XV taste in the early 19th century. Featuring ornately carved pricket altar sticks withs scrolls and Acanthus leafy motifs decoration, converted to lamps.
Beautiful carving and gold leaf finish only on the front, as most of altar Italian torcheres, back side is just painted, with expected losses as seen in photos.
These pair of torcheres have been mounted with six-light beaded crystal chandeliers, dating back to mid-20th century, with no working wiring.
Old wiring is not working and must be replaced, these pair of antique Italian floor lamps are unique and may give an Italian accent to your interior.

A pair of six-light brass and crystal candelabra, of French origin, dating back to early 20th century, with beautiful patina and original gilding traces. Each flambeau has six curved branches, the frame is decorated by crystal pendants, as well as the central stem coated with shaped crystal elements and topped by a crystal spire.
This pair of antique girandoles should be once wired as abat-jour, as we desume by holes on bases and bobeiges. In overall good condition, they come from a private palazzo in Milan.

A stunning pair of Empire four-light gilt bronze figural candelabra, of French origin, dating back to 1810 circa. Extraordinary high-quality casting, chasing, engraving and mercury gilding.
Each flambeau has four curved branches decorated with floral patterns, ending with palm leaves and wax cups or bobéches are flower-shaped. Candle holders issuing from a torch, held by putti balancing on a round globe. Both cherubs have a perfect anatomy, with curled hair and a spectacular chiseled plumage wings. The candelabra are mounted on a stepped square base measuring 13 x 13 centimeters .
In overall excellent condition, with the exception of old restorations on a garland, an index finger and a leaf top missing.
They come from a luxury villa at Como Lake..
We have disassembled both works for cleaning and each item consists of 38 pieces and a globe edge is engraved with monogram M.B, may be initials of the artisan maker.
Each piece is characterized by a superb casting, chasing, engraving and mercury gilding and must be made by a great French fondeur-ciseleur of Empire period.
