Delightful and unique pair of Baroque carved and gilded wall brackets realized with a white and green hand-painted majolica demi tureen lid of a Southern Italy manufacture Cerreto Sannita of the 18th century.
The ancient maiolica lid is framed by a hand-carved and gold leaf gilded wooden demi-lune shaped structure decorated with a beading and ending in the lower part with a shell. The top has no finish.
This pair of antique carved and gilded wood and majolica shelves, handcrafted in the mid-18th century, are in good condition.
