An embossed copper panel depicting an hunting scene, an hunting Setter dog on point, in a landscape with cane thicket vegetation near a golden pond. This rectangular panel is a cast repousse, embossed copper rectangular plaque coming from the private house of a Milanese hunter, it is in excellent condition, with a dark patina, within a later, modern giltwood frame. Closed up pictures show some minor gilding losses, we could restore on request. Perfect gift for an hunter or setter dogs lovers. Of French origin, this copper relief dates back to the first half of 20th century.
