Early 20th century Italian carved wooden barometer
Carved wooden barometer by Righi Milan, carved with vegetal and floral elements . This scientific instrument used to measure atmospheric pressure , is a wall model , consists of a vertical element , a wooden case containing a thermometer with a circular quadrant and, in the lower part, relative pressure variations. This antique Italian barometer is made by Gaetano Righi , Milan. Minor loss in the lower part, it dates back to the early decades of the twentieth century .

A rare polychrome plaster cast of anatomic human female torso model standing on rectangular base, a German hand painted plaster instructional anatomical model signed on the base by G. Steger Schkeuditz and inscribed with numbers for instruction. Period 1870. It comes from a private Italian collection in Milan, Good age related condition, minor chips and loss due to the age. 25 inches high.
