Early 20th century Italian center table with rectangular shaped walnut veneered top decorated with an elegant central walnut, maple and ebonized pear wood geometric design inlay. A molding on apron below the top, with pinnacles and ornamental shell motif friezes. Raised on twisted baluster carved with acanthus leaves set on a round panel supported by four carved dolphin feet.
Of Lombard origin, this Gothic Revival center table comes from a private residence of Milan and it is in perfect condition, restored with a wonderful shellac polish.

Early 20th century carved mahogany pedestal Corinthian column. It has a stepped square top and tapers to the base. Brass decorations ornate the basement and the body of the column. The top shows water damages and should be restored. It is perfect as vase or sculpture holders.
19th Century Italian Breche Violette Marble and Ormolu mounted Pedestal, a square column made of Fior Di Pesco, an elegant kind of grey marble incorporating pink, lilac and violet shades alongside the white veining.
It comes from the furnishings of a private Luxory Lombard villa in Como lake and dates back to last quarter of 19th century. Fior di Pesco, Peach Blossom marble, Fleur de Pêcher marbre or Breccia di Seravezza from Apuane Alps, near Lucca, Tuscany. These are the names of this charming material. Fior di Pesco is one of the most precious and rare stones in the world, used in the past by the Romans and then by the Medici family to embellish the rich Florence of the Renaissance. Square top measuring 26 x 26 cm (10 x 10 inches) over a cast and gilt Corinthian capitol, decorated with acanthus foliate motifs, over a columnar support and square base with fabulous cast, chisel and fire mercury gilding foliate collar.
