We want to open a window on contemporary art to see the contrast with what is our work, which is the ancient art.
To do this, we then turned to a talented historian Milan, Dr. Vera Canevazzi that has managed to photograph with brief,artistic events, the most important stagings performed in Milan in the last ten years.

This selection of the 10 most important works appeared in Milan from 2000 to the present intention is to demonstrate how contemporary art is still able to communicate clear messages even if multiple, involving, shocking or enhancing an audience of fans and connoisseurs steadily increasing. Maurizio Cattelan, Marina Abramovic, Anish Kapoor, MimmoPaladino, Vanessa Beecroft, Paola Pivi, Anselm Kiefer and Claes Oldenburg are among the most renowned artists in the international arena and their works exhibited or constructed on Milan have made our city a major driving force of ‘contemporary art.
